How long does shipping take?
Our products usually reach you within Germany in 1-3 business days after your order. For deliveries to countries outside of Germany, the shipping time is typically 3-6 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days. In exceptional cases, such as during sales events or the holiday season, there may be delays. Nevertheless, we always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Our packages are exclusively shipped with DHL, whether within Germany or internationally.
What countries does Curl Bites ship to?
Curl Bites ships to all EU countries, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries.
Can I have my order delivered to a parcel station?
Of course, that's no problem for us!
Please make sure to provide the correct information for parcel stations:
1. In the street field, write "Packstation."
2. In the house number field, enter the three-digit number of your desired parcel station.
3. In the address addition field, include your post number.
Then just add the postal code and location of the parcel station – and you’re all set!
